Spring Temps in February......means more smoking

Temps are going to be in the 60's and 70's the next 5-7 days here in central Nebraska.  Thinking it might be worth three straight days of smoking.  Maybe some smoked burgers tonight, meatloaf tomorrow, pork loin over the weekend.  Anyone else able to take advantage of some nice winter temps?

I wish I could take advantage of the spring like weather here in Oklahoma. Now that's it's warmer my weekends are tied up with baseball.

We never really had a winter down here in Florida.

It's been hot almost all winter, with a few sorta cool days thrown in.

We've been pretty fortunate here in central Nebraska.  Hasn't been overly cold.  This stretch those is amazing.  And for someone who hates cold temps, this is making me pretty happy.
