Brisket on for around 12 hours. Turned out great.

My daughter Jenna whipping up desert. She never misses out on helping with the entire smoke. From prepping of meat to watching temp on smoker to making extras.

Brownies topped with chocolate chip cookie dough. Wow!

Looks great, I bet she went to check out that smoker better watch your food I have one that I have to keep eye on also when I smoke LOL

Great looking chow Smiley.  Great to have an enthusiastic helper, huh?  Does the cooky dough on the brownie's get cooked at all?  Used to love licking Mom's cooky dough bowl when she made choc. chip cookies.

, I'm  doing some Brisket.

My helper are a bit young yet and tend to wander off to other attractions (12 and 7) , but they like the Smoked foods...
