Spinning A Boneless Prime Rib

Been like 12 years since i did a prime rib. Had a couple great friends giving me some guidance.

Boneless rubbed lightly with garlic/herb. Spinning it on the weber gas. Vidalia onions on the spit also.

That's just perfect PR and another reason I like this place so much. I never thought of adding the onion to my rotisserie but it will be on my next :emoji_wink:
