I am doing a big batch of pulled pork and going to vac pack them to save for later. Bowhuntingis right around the corner and wont have much time to smoke. All-ready bagged some brisket up now some pork. Anyway

One on left is regular but one on right is spicy. Both rubbed with rufus teague original rub the spicy has smoked ghost pepper powder as well.

Going to sauté some jalapeños and habaneros to go in after I pull it. Probably toss in some banana peppers too.

Well decided to make some jalepeno rasberry glaze from some homemade jam mmm mmm tomorrow ill dice up the rest of the peppers mix it in the meat and vac pack
 
I am afraid If I was responsible for pulling that pork, very little of that bark would have made it into the final product. Cooks samples would have taken most of it!
