I just had a couple for breakfast(for some reason i really like ribs cold from the fridge for breakfast), really nice.

You da man, I think you've got the rib thing down to a science. I am going to have to try that tart wash. I am also going to have to get me one of those rib racks for the WSM, looks like it works really good and lets you really load the smoker up.
