A beautiful day in west-central Minnesota today. Winter is gone!!!!!!
Can finally use less charcoal. Kinda burn through it when your outside temp is waaaayyyyy below freezin.
Anyway, got some spares, 5lbs butt and a few chops to do.
Using apple, cherry, and good ol' hickory.
I'll q-view as it progresses.

230-40 ish. Made some good sammies witrh the pork. Made a coleslaw for that too. Otherwise it was just reach into the middle of the table and fend off the predators. I didnt was a single plate or fork.
