Evening fellas and non fellas and those of you assuming another pronoun. Had a rack of spares I wanted to smoke. Trimmed them into st Louis cut. Seasoned with kosher salt and coarse black pepper and onto the smoker using hickory pellets at around 250-260View attachment 640007
About 3hrs in hit them with a spray of apple juice View attachment 640009View attachment 640010
Went no wrap on these. At the 5hr mark I mopped with this. Stuff is absolutely delicious.View attachment 640011View attachment 640008View attachment 640012

Those ribs look killer good Jake!
That sauce really put a nice glaze on the ribs & it sounds real tasty too!
So is it available locally? I would like to try a bottle!

That's one beautiful rack of ribs Jake. Just a gorgeous color on those things and a nice smoke ring. Very well done my friend and I'd belly up to a plateful of those!!

I'd love to find that Q sauce, nice piece of work Jake! RAY

Looks Good. I got some BB RIBS, beef back ribs, a Small butt, and some of your peach beans going in the smoker now.
