And for tonight’s dinner we have some spare ribs and pork tenderloins. I will be doing some trimming on the ribs next time but they turned out great!!

I could eat pork tenderloins almost every day. Those look great!
 
Nice color on both. It takes good planning when one thing takes 5 or 6 hours, and the other takes about 90 minutes.
