Spam & Pasta (Leftover Clean-up)

Here's a short one, because I was just cleaning up some Leftovers that were in my Fridge.
Had some Leftover Spam from my Breakfasts & some Leftover Pasta from Mrs Bear's Suppers.
So I put the Pasta in a bowl, and sliced the Spam in on top of the Pasta, and Nuked it all for about 60 seconds.

Nothing much, but it held me over for awhile, and got some more room in the Fridge.

Tasted Good Too!!

Bear

Not Bad---I'll have to do this again---Maybe even on purpose!!

Thank You Gary!!
I don't eat Spam often, because of the heavy Sodium content, and when I do, I only eat a little at a time. I'll stretch a can out over about 6 days. In my younger days, I'd eat the whole can with a couple Eggs.
And Thanks for the Like.

For the longest time, I thought SPAM was a long running joke. I never realized it was an ACTUAL REAL LIFE THING !!! LOL

I still haven't even seen it in real life.... What's it like? I imagine it's like a big block of hotdog meat in a can.

probably been a year or two since I had me some spam but I can honestly say I never had it paired with spaghetti. but I guess we need to get rid of leftovers like you bear I hate throwing food out.

Actually I would have to say "Pork Roll" is closer to a big block of Hotdog Meat.
Spam is more like Canned Ham Meat.
You can get a can at just about any Food Market---Giant, Weis, Walmart, Redners, Wegmans, Etc.---About $2.50 per can. Must have about a dozen Flavors, but all similar.

Interesting combo . I'd try it . Ate alot of spam as a kid , because it was cheap . You got me hooked on pork roll now .

Still not a fan of Spam, way too salty for us!
But I know it has an almost cult following!

Bear just love the spam, you should put it in the smoker for a spin, mesquite really adds a nice touch to it!

LOL---Yeah, Sometimes I throw some strange things together during one of my Leftover Clean-ups!!

I've had spam in Mac-n-cheese, but never in spaghetti. Maybe fried spaghetti, spam and cheese.

Point for sure

Thank You Al !!
I didn't know you finally tried some, but you're right---It is Salty---That's why I only eat a little bit when I eat Spam. I'll throw an extra Egg in with it.

Thank You Civil!!
I would, but I can only eat such a small amount, due to the sodium, that it's not worth the effort.

I don't know why, but I've never been a fan of Mac&Cheese---Maybe because My Mother made Lousy M&C !!
And Thanks for the Like.
