Soy Ginger Glazed Spares!

Thanks again Sven! The glaze is full of flavor, it only takes a little to enhance the flavor of things but it is tasty for sure!

4 tsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp minced garlic
4 tsp ginger minced
1/2 cup soy
6 Tbsp honey
6 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Gochujang & red pepper to taste
Sesame seeds to visual

This is reduced a bit to make it a bit saucy....

You can always add more brown sugar to add sweetness if wanted......
