Very rainy and cold here today so decided to throw the chops in the old water tank today. Nothing crazy, just S&P before the bath and SPOG + Paprika before the sear.
Let’s begin!

HAHA I agree 100%. I SV pork to the same and try and hide it (scrape the fat off) before anyone sees it until I can sear it off.

YUM! ive been craving some pork chops and plan to buy some on the Costco run. I love this idea! SV is a game changer.

yes it is, so hard to screw it up...that is the way I like things.
Yea the only tricky bit is to not overcook it when you sear. Gotta give it time to cool down and get a great sear in the shortest amount of time in the pan
