Sourdough With Canadian Bread Flour.

Using Five Rose's Canadian bread flour for these 4 sourdough. Impressed with this flour. I got 50lbs at RRD.

Made 2 diced jalapeno/cheese loaves also.

Roses BF and FMF Sprouted white

All Roses.
