Sprouting Some Hard White

Getting some hard white ready for sprouting.
I only need a small amount so soaking 4 cups. Shown are my jars and lids. I do sort the berries and remove any bad ones. The berries will soak for 8-10 hours with a dump of the water and rinsed and filled back up every 2 hours. After sprouting they will be spread out to dry before milling. Sprouted flour makes for some great sourdough bread.

OK . I see you reference this . I'm trying to figure it out on my own , because that's how things are learned .
Watching closely .
 
Here is a drain of the soaking water. The legs on the lids keeps the jar above any drain water. Now to rinse and fill with filtered water.
