These are my last 2 chubs of Sopressata that i did in my cure fridge before the capacitor went out.

Gotta cut one up soon.

I have my eye on an Igloo 3.2 cu ft fridge w/out the freezer part. Will fit perfect in the RV. Glad i kept all my controls and cure equipment.
