Ribs, sweet taters and spaghetti squash. Had the squash and figured why not? Turned out pretty good too. I'm always up for trying something new.

That's a good one, and probably a bit more nutritious than loaded/twice-baked or whatever potatoes/skins. They pick up so much smoke quickly that I do either start them foil-wrapped or in the oven

& I kinda like everything, but am not a very big fan of butternut or acorn squash.. UNLESS they see smoke. Their bolder sweetness caters so well to it. And other flavors in general; Mashed up with some thai curry, tomatoes, maybe some grapes or pineapple , maybe some chicken too o man..
