Not a bad idea, Pig'n it - but it didn't work out so well.

I told her last night how some guy on the internet suggested that she take pictures of my meat to post online.

She just slapped me and went to bed!

I have said a couple times the photo and posting part of this hobby is nearly as hard as the smoking itself, I seem to remember about 50% of the time, sometimes I get starting pictures and no finsishers and others I forget to take starting pictures but get the done results.
 
Agreed! It can be really difficult to keep up with the pictures, especially when you are cooking for a crowd. I'm always running around like a headless chicken trying to get everything ready on time!

That's one of the reasons I wanted a small, pocket size camera - should make it easier to capture the moment.
 
With a camera you will get GRED.You know with no Qview we're not sure it happened.
