Met Raptor and family and Mr Cheez at the local grocery store.

Mrs Raptor knows the butcher.

K-Dog (Raptor) picked up a huge rib roast.

I got 34 pounds of butt ...that's two cryopaks 4 butts.

She said  "Anything else??"

I said I would like a couple ribeyes about this thick.....she said ok  ..  hang on.

She reappeared shortly with 3.6 pounds of beauty.

Said goodbye the K-dog clan and headed home.

Put some fresh red potatoes in the steamer and got the BGE ready to rock.

Coated the beef with salt, pepper and garlic and tended the fire.

We like rare..She likes more rare thn me,so I put mine on for a few minutes each side first.

Then hers..both got about 3 minutes per side at around 625,  then shut off the air and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
