Excellent. Now I gotta call my Mother in Law and be nice to her so she'll make me some of those onions, lol. We've made them in the past, but no where near as good as she makes them. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do right?

Now you guys are bringing back memories:
There was a Hot Dog shop " Pete's Dogs" near "5 points" in Bethlehem for many years (might still be there), and they had a big tray of what they called "Stewed Onions" going all day. They were great on my Dogs. I'm allergic to raw onions, but I loved those. This place was in a bad section of Bethlehem, only a few blocks from the main office of the Bethlehem Steel. I almost got knocked down by a cop running down the street one time, when I was leaving. Then I looked, and he was chasing a guy who was chasing a Prostitute. It was like a parade in "Fast-forward".
