Just wanted to share some South African favorites I grilled up last night. Referring to the lamb bone-in loin chops and "braaibroodjies" which directly translates to grilled sandwich. The rest is just pork chops and some Argentine sausage.

For me the best way to spice and prepare the lamb chops is marinade with olive oil, lemon juice and rosemary and season using salt, black pepper, and freshly ground coriander. Cook till medium and get the rind of fat nice and crispy.

Classic "braaibroodjies" is just a sandwich with cheese, tomato and onion seasoned with salt and black pepper. Butter the outside of the bread.

All looks and sounds good! Do you make the sausage?
No, I bought the sausage from Wild Fork. I'm looking at getting the needed equipment to make traditional South African boerewors.
