just put a few boneless chicken breasts in the cooker. Was so windy i had to finish in the oven but I cooked them for a couple hours with temps that ranged in between 200-250 and got them up to 110 IT in the cooker then moved them to the oven. We had spaghetti squash with the chicken and don't ever let anybody tell you that you cant cook chicken with cherry, I put some bacon molasses rub on it with some ground pepper/sea salt and garlic then later on brushed it with some sweet baby rays.
