SOME MID-WEEK RIBS AND HAM

With the craziness at work with virus I finally got a day off after 2 weeks, so what should i do. smoke something of course. so was up early and heated up the old mes 30.

then light 2 ends of hickory pellets,

and load up the smoker

3 hours later the wicked smoked beans are done.

after about 6 hours at 225 with my Memphis style rub, the st. louis ribs

the ham took about 5 hours to get up to internal temp of145, looks pretty good. Sorry there won't be any plated shots as this stuff is going to my parents house tomorrow for them and my brothers and sisters to enjoy. Oh yeah the wife and myself will be dining there also! i'm not missing out on this. thanks for looking Jim

Thanks for the compliment John, really not sure what I did different to get that color, i'm starting to wonder if they were hickory pellets in my hickory bag :emoji_confused: , thanks for the like
