It was very yummy.

It was a corned beef brisket point that i coated with EVOO and seasoned with a weber rub called sweet cracked pepper and cooked to the IT of 170.

Then I had a thin steak that I seasoned with a twisted Q rub called called cooked pig(yes you read that right lol It is a southern BBQ with maple and cane sugar twist. ). And then i wrapped it around some string cheese. It is a southern BBQ with maple and cane sugar twist.

Then some smokey apple wood bacon mashed taters and pickled beets. Over all dinner was a win because the much better half is happy with it lol

It looks delicious!
I think the corned beef point is much better than the flat.
And yours looks fantastic!

it was good but i wish i had a slicer because its so much better when sliced thin
