Snake River Farms Kurobuta Pork shoulder question

Ive smoked butts a few times of around 8 pounds. I have never done one of these though(15lbs).  Has anyone had any experience with them?  I am trying to figure out what itme to put it on saturday for guests coming over around 5 on sunday.  

Any help would be appreciated

I did a twenty pounder , and it took seventeen hours at 250
