Rubbed them with killer hog rub and smoked on the drum with cherry wood until 165 internal. Put them in foil pan with some pads of butter, honey, brown sugar, and blue hog original bbq sauce and foil covered until 195. Took foil off and let them tack up a bit and then time to snack until the pork butt finishedThose look amazing. How were they prepared/cooked?
