ordered some orange wood pellets and i am using it on a boston butt rite now as we speak.  was wondering where i could get some orange wood chunks

Does anybody use it ?  If so, on what kind of meat and where is a good place to buy some fresh chunks
 
I smoke with orange chunks and logs. Being in Florida it's not too hard to come by. I also have some lemon and some grapefruit logs I have to go pick up some time this weekend. It's a really smooth smoke. In fact, it is nearly smokeless. I should mention the logs that I use are normally seasoned for two years. That's why they verily smoke any at all. I was told by the farmers at the orange grove, "Once you smoke with orange, you wont want to smoke with anything else".

They were right!
