Smoking Some Bottom Round and Chicken

Got my fantasy football draft party coming up on a few weeks so we are going to do sandwiches with smoked meats. Got 6 lbs of Bottom Round and 7 lbs of chicken breasts on the smoker today. Gota ham to double smoke tomorrow. Should be a good weekend, plus rib fest is this weekend downtown so I'm getting some yummy ribs for supper.

Pulled the roasts and chicken breasts off the smoker. Going to slice them up tomorrow while I smoke some ham.

Got everything sliced up bagged sealed and in the freezer. The taste tests by my wife were hailed a success.
