how long should I smoke them? I have only done these on the grill, but would love to smoke them instead. Also throwing some wings on as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
:) Being a noob,, I tend to not trust the MES and open door every 30 minutes :) But.. I am learning to be patient.Probably only need 2 hours. IT should be around 170.
What HE said...If the Skin is not Crispy enough for you, a few minutes on a Grill or 6" below your Broiler will do the trick...JJProbably only need 2 hours. IT should be around 170.
