Hello everyone! Now that the weather isn't trying to freeze us all to death here in MN, I thought I'd finally stop lurking on the site and register an account! I'm a full time real estate agent and credit specialist, but I schedule plenty of time in each week to smoke for ourselves, family, and friends. Right now I'm using two kamado style Char-Griller Akorns, but am hoping to put my next commission into a new kamado style ceramic (Possibly Primo XL?) as well as an electric smoker for some control smoking at lower temperatures.
This site and all of you wonderful people have been my only source and taught me everything I know about smoking since day one, so thank you for helping stoke my passion. I'm ecstatic to be a part of this great community!
