I am using the Pro Q smoking dust for my cold smoking. When I open the packet
do I need to reseal the packet or does it not matter, thanks ?

I would think it best to keep moisture out of any unused portion. I'd seal it back up.

If it does get a bit of moisture in it, you can dry it out by nuking it for 30 seconds. But as said above, keep it sealed so it won’t pick up any moisture.
