The shoulder turned out pretty good, I smoked it for about 8hrs, then it sat in apple juice for another 2 hrs. I didn't get as much smoke flavor as i thought I would. But the meat was still good. I think i will try pork ribs next.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a windy but nice day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
