I just wanted to give a shout out to all of the people that are a part of this forum and that I look forward to sharing my journey through the world of smoking. I just purchased a WSM 18.5 and this past weekend was my first experience of any kind smoking...and I decided to go with BB Ribs and 2,2,1 method after a bit of research with apple wood chunks for the smoke wood and a basic rub. Again Greetings All!
