Hey guys! Im from Bermuda.
I have been smoking for the last few years on a homemade franken barrel smoker. I just retired the barrel last year and bought a Dyna glo wide body smoker. So I'm learning the ins and outs of that. I currently smoke at least 3 times a month from spring through to fall.
Looking forward to doing more experimentation with smoking.
