Hello from Buffalo, NY!

A novice smoker here looking to share ideas and, most importantly, learn from the pros.  I have been cooking on an electric Master Forge bullet-style vertical smoker for 2 years and fell in love with smoke.  My wife recently hooked me up with a Brinkmann Trailmaster Limited Edition for my birthday and I am curing it and making some mods prior to my first cook. Hope to find some great info on here!
