Smoking in Chesterfield, VA

Hello All,

I have been lurking here for a while and though I should start contributing my smoking adventures. I have a medium Grill Dome, Big Bubba "Steel" Keg, Traeger Texas Pellet burner, and a Sonoma Gasser. Oh, I forgot about the Webber smoky joe I dug out of the dumpster. I have been smoking, grilling, cooking outdoors for a long time. I will try to post some pictures later, after it warms up and I can uncover my grills. Thanks for reading, Bazzz

Welcome to the group Bazzz!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
