Hi all,
Still new to smoking. Have a charbroil electric smoker that I starting to get comfortable with....but would love to increase my knowledge and expertise through classes or some sort of learning opportunity with experts. Cannot seem to find any classes or such in central Ohio. Is anyone aware of anything that might help me out?
