Smoking brisket with 9 stitches

As the title states,promised my in-laws a brisket for taking me to hospital, but a few stitches can't stop my love for smoke!Well been up since 3am. Pulled my brisket to sit at room temp. Coffee on. 4am put brisket on. Smoker holding a steady 250.
