smoking and watching baseball

finally got to do a little smoking this saturday  gonna watch the florida Miami baseball game and eat and drink

heres the ingrediants

sausages soaked in apple and hot chili sauce overnight

pork rubbed and reaady to sit in the fridge

chicken wings marinaded in boston jerk paste

a few meatballs

half of the stuff in the smoker wings and beans going in next

beans and bacon

looks like someone is guarding the table

pull the wings out of the smoker and onto the grill to crisp em up

ready to wrap with some apple juice

fried up some onion rings

this is what the beams looked like before i could get the pictures off the smoker

well, that was our day,  just me and one buddy,  and the pup , watching ball and playing risk 

gators won so i was happy and he wasnt  (hes a cane)

ate most of the food with just some pork left over which is great sandwiches today

I thought those Great food parties (starring that crazy little Dog) I got used to seeing from you were only for football games, so I thought we had to wait until Fall for more.
