Smokin Texas

Hi everyone, I have been lurking around the forum for a while. Thanks to all the knowledgable people I was able to find a Smokin-it Model 2 smoker. It was between this, the smokinTex and the MES40. It was a hard decision but I think I made the right choice.

I've been grilling for 20 years but only bbqing with a Brinkman water smoker for around 3 years. Living in Texas that still makes me a rookie. = )

I'm looking forward to learning from all the others on this forum.
