Hello All,
Brand new smoker here. From Ludlow Mass where grilling season is a chore 6 months a year. Just bought a Master Built dual charcoal/propane smoker. Actually making jerky as I type this. 3 hours down, 3 to go. It's a pleasure to meet you all in advance...I may need your help
