Smokin Monday

Well been busy for two weeks no smokin in sight, but today Monday fired up teh smoker and got the Ribs and Brisket cooking. Heck even mam enjoyed them for a change. She will sample but not really eat, smoked food not her cup of tea. More for me I am sure as I do it to have food for the week. I must admit gets better everytime.
