If I'm on the right page?

Hello, I'm Smokin'Mac, from Corpus Christi Texas.

Born in a small town outside of Little Rock Ark.

Lived in Texas 35

years.  "nuts"

I started doing cooking, baking, barbecuing, grilling and smoking these past 11 years.

I love to do smoked meats and anything that will fit inside of my smokers ( gets smoked.)

I have smoke on the brain.  Now,  here go's. I have a Cookshack

160 electric smoker.  Also, I have  2 Smokin' Tex. smoker's,  the 1400s  as well as a nice Webber Grill.

So, now as you see I'm fixed as far as burning meat go's.

I make my own bbq sauce and have what I think is a winner, I know, we all think ours is the best,  right?

I make a mean smoked brisket as well as great beer butt chicken.  Pretty good with all beef in the smoker.

I don't eat any pork but, will cook a little for friends.

I'm retired and alway's looking for a new adventure and have found smokin' meats to be a great pass time for me.

I'm so glad I found this forum and I am anxious to get started reading up on everyone's recipes and ideas
