I have been smokin for a few years. I got turned on to it by a good friend inviting my family to dinner. I smoke a few times a month, in a Camp Chef propane smoker (Love it!!) I cook everything from Salmon and Trout to Pork shoulder, ribs and chicken. Always looking for new ideas for things to smoke for my family of 7. I live south of Salt Lake City and smoke all 12 months. I have found it easier to to maintain a nice slow smoke in the winter.
