Smokin in CT

Hi there folks.  Been stalking this forum for a while for tips and finally got around to joining.  I have a 30" Masterbuilt Electric I procured super cheap at Lowes ($30!!).   This will be my third year smoking a couple times a month.  I've done ribs and turkey several times and today I'm doing a Boston Butt for the first time.  I'm in a stall at 170 right now so thought I'd use my time wisely to say hello!
