Thanks Everyone for the Warm Welcome I am From Columbia Mo Been a backyard Smoker For 40 yrs. Decided to Start My Retirement with something I Love to do. I think BBQ Sauce runs in my veins. Blues is also in my Blood I am a Retired Musician Bass Player Singer For a Blues Rock Band. I Use A Graves Smoker Reverse Flow They Call it the 1000 XL It is the First of its Kind. They are out of Canton Ga. And Make a Great Product at a reasonable Price. 

Ok Enough of the infomercial I look Forward to sharing my knowledge with you guys But some tricks must remain a secret.
