Hello! Just moved to Virgina about 2 years ago. Bought a Traeger and excited to start learning more about smoking meats. Although I am nervous about Thanksgiving! Not sure how to tackle a 24 lb turkey. Wondering if I need to smoke it overnight? No idea how long it will take. Any ideas out there? Much appreciated!

I just finished smoking a 22# turkey in 3 1/4 hours.
But I parted it out & smoked it in a pan.
I think they are much juicier that way.
Or you can smoke it at 275 whole for about 10-12 hours.
