Smoker Newbie from TN

Hi!  For Christmas, Dear Hubby purchased a Masterbuilt 40" smoker.  We decided to smoke our Christmas Turkey -- so jumped right in!  First time we had ever smoked, and even though we set the temp too high -- so finished the turkey earlier than we had anticipated -- it came out great!

We're making another turkey tomorrow!
