Greetings to all,
I learned about this website a month ago, and found out about fatties from this site and someone at work.
As you can tell by my avatar, the first fattie was a complete success. I have been smoking (food only) since last year, I have a Gourmet Brinkman Charcoal Smoker with an electric powered heater, and have found it the best way to cook ever. I am looking forward to all the recipes and advice that I will get from this site
