What up everyone i am Bob from SoCal I have been getting in to the smoking game fore the last few months and found this forum. I started off by wanting to get my stepson some ribs that he has always liked even though I have never really liked them but decided instead to just buy a small electric smoker. i got the 30" Bluetooth Masterbuilt model on sale, well after my 1st cook I decided it wasn't me not liking ribs it was places don't know how to cook them. Since that day I have smoked every weekend and a lot of weekdays after work I have found my calling and enjoy cooking now more than eating.
So after loving every minute of smoking meat and every other thing that comes from a smoker I decided to purchase a Horizon 20" RD Special it should be done around next week and deliver a week later.
i find myself everyday watching videos and reading whatever to learn more and more about the craft. I will be around watching your posts and all comments thanks for everything.
