I am considering building a smokehouse.

I found a set of plans on the Internet called:

Smokehouse 101 by A.E. Poynor, Fish Alaska, July 2004 Vol 5, Issue 5. pp 30-35 and Transcribed by Cameron Fausman and Alton Blodgett, Dept. of animal science. U-Conn. Connecticut State Dept of Agriculture.

Has anybody looked at this and if so what did you think?

They look pretty simple and straight forward.

Please let me hear your opinions.

I have looked at some of your designs and I am also looking at incorporating some of your designs into this build.

Thanks in Advance

Marty

Yes Pops, those are the plans I was talking about.
I have already looked at your build and a couple others.
I was wondering if anyone had built that particular model to see if it was worth the trouble.
I'm an old aircraft mechanic and not a good carpenter.
I do love your build tho!

As i proceed with the smoker and get more proficient with the website I'll keep you guys informed

Thenks for responding!

Teddy, thanks for the look see! As i stated in the above reply to pops, I need something simple.
The only thing I know about biscuits are that they go good with gravy.
I do like the looks of your smokehouse.

Trust me before I buy 1 board or nail I'll read everything I can get on the subject of smokehouses!

Thanks
