Got a 7# roaster, seasoned and put butter under the skin. Smoked 4 hours at 300. also decided  to give the beans a try  and WOW!!!!!

Uh....YUM (and I just ate!) - Definitely have to try a whole chicken now :)

why did you keep it in a pan?

what is the spice over the chicken?

last ones I did I just put it on the rack, this one I wanted top see how it worked if it was in the pan.

the spice is a zesty spice my wife got me at harry and davids.
